1. General Information

Le Suisse Experience provides private transportation and tour services departing primarily from Zurich, Switzerland. By booking any service through our website, you agree to the terms and conditions described on this page. These terms apply to all tours, transfers and experiences offered by our company.

2. Booking & Payment

All reservations must be completed through our website or confirmed directly with our team. Prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and are valid for up to 4 passengers unless stated otherwise. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

3. What’s Included

Each tour includes private transportation, a professional driver-guide, Wi-Fi, bottled water and pick-up/drop-off in Zurich. Any additional services or upgrades must be requested in advance and may incur extra charges.

4. What’s Not Included

Meals, attraction tickets, mountain tickets, boat rides, gondolas, museums and shopping expenses are not included unless specified differently in the tour description.

5. Changes to the Itinerary

All tours follow a suggested itinerary, but adjustments can be made as long as they fit within the total duration booked. Changes caused by weather, traffic, safety concerns or operational restrictions may occur. Le Suisse Experience reserves the right to modify the itinerary whenever necessary to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

6. Weather Conditions

Tours operate year-round, regardless of weather. In case of heavy fog, snow, storms or conditions that affect visibility or safety, the itinerary may be adapted. Mountain tickets, when paid separately, follow the policies of each operator and are not controlled by Le Suisse Experience.

7. Delays & Customer Responsibilities

Please be ready at the scheduled pick-up time. Delays may reduce the total tour duration. If the delay exceeds 30 minutes without prior communication, the tour may be considered cancelled without a refund.

8. Health, Mobility & Age Requirements

People of all ages are welcome on our tours. For babies and young children, a proper car seat is mandatory and must be requested in advance. Guests with mobility limitations or special needs should inform us beforehand so we can plan the tour with comfort and safety.

9. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must follow our official Cancellation Policy page. In general, tours cancelled within the allowed time window receive a full refund. Tours cancelled after the time limit, or last-minute no-shows, may be charged in full. Tickets for attractions (such as mountain lifts or boats) follow the rules of the operator and may be non-refundable.

10. Liability

Le Suisse Experience is not responsible for personal belongings lost, damaged or left behind in the vehicle or at any attraction. We are also not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, local events or attraction closures.

11. Travel Documents

Clients are responsible for carrying valid travel documents, visas or identification required for the tour. For tours close to borders (e.g., Germany), passport or ID may be necessary.

12. Behaviour & Safety

Guests must follow the instructions provided by the driver-guide at all times. Unsafe behaviour or disrespectful conduct may result in immediate termination of the tour without refund.

13. Photography & Media

Photos taken by your guide during the tour may be shared with you at no cost. We only share customer photos on our social media with clear permission.

14. Privacy

All customer information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except when required by law or necessary for service operation.

15. Changes to These Terms

Le Suisse Experience may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes apply from the moment they are published on the website.
