Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that travel plans can change, so our goal is to offer a clear and fair cancellation policy that respects both our customers and our operational commitments. Below you will find our official cancellation and refund policy:
Free Cancellation Period (Swiss Law – 14 days)
Cancellations made within 14 days after the purchase are eligible for a full refund, as guaranteed by Swiss consumer protection regulations.
Flexible Cancellation – Up to 30 Days Before the Tour
Cancellations made up to 30 days before the scheduled tour date are eligible for a full refund, with no penalties.
Cancellations Between 30 and 15 Days Before the Tour
Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days prior to the tour date are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
Cancellations Between 15 Days and 48 Hours Before the Tour
Cancellations made between 15 days and 48 hours prior to the tour date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations Within 48 Hours Before the Tour
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled tour time are non-refundable, as operational and logistical costs are already fully allocated.
Delays & Waiting Time
We include a 30-minute complimentary waiting time at the agreed pick-up location. After this period: Waiting time is charged at CHF 100 per hour, billed in 30-minute increments. If the client does not arrive within 60 minutes and does not communicate, the tour is considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
Extra Hours During the Tour
If you wish to extend your tour beyond the contracted duration: Extra hours are charged at CHF 100 per hour, payable at the end of the tour. Extensions are subject to availability and road/weather conditions.
Operator Cancellations
In rare cases of severe weather, safety concerns, or technical issues, Le Suisse Experience may need to cancel or modify the tour. In such cases: You will receive a full refund, or You may choose a new available date.
